Method of preparation: rinse young dandelion leaves, boil water, immerse leaves for 2-3 minutes, remove excess water from leaves. Cut garlic into thin slices, red pepper into thin strips. Lightly heat the oil, add garlic and pepper, without bringing the oil to burn, lightly fry the ingredients. Put dandelion on a plate, salt, add balsamic vinegar, and dressing with oil, garlic, and pepper.
